Director of Programming

Madeline is a talented aquatics professional with over a decade of experience. She is a lifelong swimmer, started lifeguarding after college, and the rest is history. She managed Barton Springs Pool for the City of Austin before becoming the Aquatics Department Head at Life Time. She founded Clear Water Aquatics in 2021. An experienced lifeguard, instructor, and program manager, she loves helping people be safe and have fun in and around the water. She is also a certified Human Resources professional. When she's not at the pool, she enjoys reading, baking, and anything to do with penguins.

Born in Round Rock, Marcus grew up around water. He started lifeguarding at 15 and his enthusiasm for aquatics has grown ever since. He is passionate about water safety, staff development, and creating a strong aquatic community. Marcus's extensive background in aquatics management includes opening Kalahari Round Rock, America’s largest indoor waterpark, where he was the training manager; opening the new family aquatic center at the Dell JCC in Austin, where he is the Aquatics Director; and working as an Aquatics Examiner for Counsilman Hunsaker. He enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and being a Swiftie.
